Back from a mini vacation from the states. Hi Paul,
I meant to send this before now but I just wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you for making our wedding on October 23rd so special. The guys were amazing, just the best. Everybody said how much they enjoyed the music and I couldn't believe how much dancing was going on. We only had 50 guests, but over half of them were dancing at any one time, right from my 3 year old niece to our parents. The venue had previously not allowed live music due to concerns about the volume, but we had no problems in this area, the music was loud enough to dance to but we could still have a conversation in the same room. We had to shut down at 12.00 and everybody was sad about it, that is a good sign!
We had booked the band to start at 8.30 but we were about 45 minutes late starting, due to over enthusiastic wedding speakers. We were really impressed that the band then played straight through, only taking one short break, for the rest of the night. This meant we really did get the full benefit.
Go Freddie Go really made our wedding reception perfect.
Big thanks aswell for the awesome version of Rocking in the Free World they did for me!

On behalf of Toronto East General Hospital foundation and Jenny's Annual Beach Party Organizers, I would like to thank you and the rest of the members of Go Freddie Go for continuing to entertain party goers each year and for keeping everyone on the dance floor 'til close' at the 8th Annual Jenny's Beach Party fundraising event.
Over the last eight years, the late Beaches resident Jennifer Houghton and her family and friends have raised over $130,000 for the Toronto East General Hospital Oncology Clinic. In keeping with Jenny's last wish, all funds raised go towards the comfort of Oncology patients and their caregivers.

My wife, Marisa, and I were at the Corso Italia Festival yesterday (Sunday) and had the pleasure of catching your band's performance for the first time. We were absolutely delighted with your sound - great instrumentals, excellent vocals (your harmonies during the Beatles songs were teriffic) and smart choice of songs. Although I have recently had surgery to replace both of my knees and am walking with canes, your great sound and choice of songs moved me to get up and dance. I'm paying for it today but it was worth it.
I stopped by and asked for your card and briefly chatted with you at the end of your final set. You mentioned that you could put me on an email distribution list to advise me of any future public events where the band will be performing.
Unfortunately, I don't have any family events coming up where I might have the opportunity to hire you but Marisa and I would love to see and hear you again and to bring all of our friends.

Wow! What a party...
Paul, there is only one word for the band and how young you made us feel at the party on Saturday night, WOW!!! So many folks came up to me, or phoned me after the party, to express their delight with the band. You guys kept us on the dance floor long after our feet said, enough! And, you can count on some more island gigs, everyone wants you back.
You were great to deal with and all of the guys were sweet, so a very big thank you from me. If you need a reference in future, please do ask me, I'd love to tell everyone how great you were.

I am chairing a committee for the Woodbridge High School 50th Reunion / Anniversary Bash, set for the weekend of September 20th, 2008.
I'm not sure if anyone from the entertainment committee has contacted you yet, but your band has been proposed as our entertainment for the evening. Anyone who has seen the band perform can't say enough about it and with music that ranges from the 50s to the 70s you will cover the range of age of our attendees perfectly!

As the bride, the day just flew by and a lot of it doesn't seem real, but I did dance a lot and remember hearing so many of my favourites. Thank you so much for making our night even more memorable. You guys did an absolutely fantastic job. The dancefloor was never empty. It was a beautiful night outside, so a lot of people were drawn to the outside patio, but every single person I spoke to said that they did dance and that the sound of the band was just amazing. Some people said that they couldn't leave the dancefloor, the music was so great. The brass section was a real hit too. Lot's of people talking about that.
Keep us on your list, as we would love to catch your next act.
We wish we were getting married again to have the party all over again and a reason to hire the band! Thanks again for everything and for making it run so smoothly.
